First time went "over-the-sea" without my husband. Quite scared coz normally he will be the one looking after me. But this time, I have to look after myself. I'll normally get seasick so that was my main concern when we board the ferry. But luckily, I ate the seasick medicine and was fine all the way to Batam.
Though there was a hiccup along the way, I can still smile and laugh along the way. No seasick! Yeay! My face is not so cramp...unlike my friend...eksen terror..hehe..u know who u are....hahaha
Had a good time at Batam. First time there. The place is something like Johor, with shophouses that look like warehouse style. No skyscrapers watsoever. Didn't go for shopping..juz spent the whole day in the spa. Got a good massage from head to toe...but the terrible, horrifying part is the facial. Azabb nauzubillah. I do go for facial in Singapore but my beautician is not so rough as the one down there. OMG! Azab seh. Cried most of the time. Thought of asking the person to stop!!! I'm not going for facial there anymore. I'll rather ask my beautician in Singapore to do it for me. But the massage, yes! Must do it there. Felt so light after the whole thing.... :)
Thank you A for organising this trip, including providing us food for 'brunch'. So when's the next trip? Will it include spa for our spouses as well? ;)
